Why isn't the car available if it is on the website?
Due to the high demand for our individually selected vehicle inventory, there may be times that an individual vehicle is no longer available when you arrive at the dealership. This is due to a time delay between posting the vehicle, its actual sale and delivery and removal from the website. Posting, sale, and delivery of all pre-owned vehicles is a process.

Auto Expo covers 36 months / 36,000 miles maintenance for all purchased vehicles.
 
 
Can I place an order for a car I'm interested in?
Yes, every day we receive cars, and if we know of a particular car a customer wants we will try and find it to their specifications.
 
 
How are trade-in values determined?
Our trade-in value is determined by many factors, including mileage, the overall condition of your vehicle, the popularity of your vehicle and current regional market conditions. You can use resources like Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, and NADA to help you estimate the value of your car but note they all use different algorithms. Your best bet is to check all three and calculate an average price.

What paperwork do I need to buy a car?
  • If available bring your latest pay stub.
  • Latest cell phone or telephone statement, with your Name and Address on the bill.
  • A Gas, Electric, Cable, Bank statement or Water Bill with your Name & Address on the bill

Can I use my credit or debit card to purchase the vehicle?
No, you can't use a credit or debit card to buy the car, but you can use it for a down payment. We provide financing solutions for almost every budget. Other acceptable forms of payment include: Certified Check or Wire Transfer. No bank draft checks are accepted.
 
 
What is Auto Expo's Warranty?
All cars carry the existing manufacturers' warranty plus lemon law warranty. An extended warranty can be purchased.
