I have been shopping around the eastern coast for a 2020
I have been shopping around the eastern coast for a 2020 to 2025 - Five Series BMW with low mileage, well equipped yet affordable because I don’t want to finance. I just lucked out and found this Dealership that meets all four of my requirements for shopping high end European cars. I live near Atlanta and every type of dealership has at least one 5 Series, BUT it’s not “The One!” Atlanta, Birmingham, Al, northern Florida hasn’t got the BMW that I’ve recently seen on dealerrater.com. I have to add that BMW sales teams in Atlanta aren’t always eager to let the well maintained, high quality with low mileage get sold to the average customer ( most likely those go to the sales relative or best friend.) BMW dealerships within the Deep South for the most part are great for new or zero miles 5 series. They make a reputation for taking care of their best customers.

Had an amazing experience with Auto Expo! I flew in from across the country to check a car out. They have a gorgeous selection of vehicles on the lot. Sean and Derek made the experience so easy, convenient, and fun. Even got the scoop on where to eat and hang out while I was in town! Out the door with my new car in a matter of about an hour. Sean even helped in facilitating the shipping process. Would definitely both recommend and use the excellent team at Auto Expo again!

My name is Samuel Rivera. For weeks and months i shopped around for my dream car. I had so many rejections, and denials from other sources. Not only was i miss-treated and not given customer satisfaction from beginning to end at two local dealerships that were nothing but crooks, which they took advantage of me and kept my deposits. I was also threaten by one sales guy at one of those dealerships. After being xxxxx of my hard earnings i became more skeptical about continuing to shop around and deal with anymore leprechauns from all trades. :( The day of "memorial day". I received an annoymous phone call from what i thought was another crook. Something told me to take a risk and try one more time. So, i did... I can honestly say id Diana P. Rollins would have never reached out to me and listen to my true story as you all are now. I would have never thought I would be bless with a beautiful beast of a machine. Thank you so much Diana. I was sold a vehicle with several problems.
First of all the Porter had a accident with the car that I prchased and the dealership wanted to offer $200 for the damage. The accident happen on the property of the dealership and they attempted to buff out the damage, but the compound used came right off at the car wash. The car would not pass inspection because the tires were horrible and unsafe and the tint had to be removed they wanted to pay $70 for low profile tires on a Mercedes, that isn't going to happen. Then the check engine light came on, so the smart person would contact the dealer because the car wasn't 30 days old. Do your homework before you decide to purahase and the only person you can trust is Ali, he is very helpful. This says so much the sales rep no longer works there. Bebi knows her job and she does it well. I had to call my attorney, file a complaint with the New York Attorney General's Office and contact my Insurance Company.

Max did not pay attention to detail and the rest of the team save for one person seemed unwilling to help. Bought a car and it was registered in the wrong state. I was left to fix a problem they created. Excellent car but poor service.
